We are committed to providing a peaceful, respectful environment where all clients feel comfortable and cared for. Any form of disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and sessions will be immediately ended. We believe in mutual respect—treat your therapist with kindness, and you’ll always receive the same in return.

Health & Wellness
If you’re feeling under the weather, we totally understand—please reach out to reschedule. If you're sick, just let us know ahead of time, and we'll do our best to waive any cancellation fees.

Cancellation Policy
We get it—life happens! Just give us a heads-up 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel.

Less than 24 hours: 50% of the session fee.
No Show: Full session fee.

No Refunds

Because we’re dedicated to providing personalized care, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for missed appointments or same-day cancellations. If something urgent comes up, we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge (if it’s at our discretion).

Late Arrival

We want to make sure you get the full experience, so please arrive 10-15 minutes early. If you’re running late, just give us a call or text. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and a “No Show” fee may apply. Unfortunately, the session time can't be extended.

Confidentiality & Conduct

Your privacy is a top priority for us. We’re committed to providing a safe, respectful space for everyone. Any inappropriate behavior will lead to the immediate end of the session.
